Project data, AI, and analytics processing

Project content is isolated by an anonymous workspace or Google account. Server-side DeepSeek handles online AI analysis by default. Google Analytics loads only after user consent, and analytics events exclude project content, email addresses, and names. Deleting a project removes its records and triggers cleanup of related export files.
